Our Story
Growing up on the Southside of Indianapolis, Maggie Doyle spent her time watching her father dedicate his life not just to his business, but to providing exceptional customer service. She always knew that she wanted to do the same.
Education is one of the most important keys to unlocking your dreams, and after graduating from Ball State University in 2011 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Communication, Maggie attended the Aveda Fredric's Institute in Indianapolis. While attending the institute, Maggie met Joshua J Howard. They connected as Certified National Educators for Davines a couple of years later, and Josh now serves as the salon's Creative Director. The entire staff share the belief that ongoing education is a necessity to keeping up to date with an ever changing industry, and they take between three and four advanced technical classes per year.
When searching for the perfect name for her new business, Maggie wanted something that represented a simple idea: that every guest deserves a consistent and remarkable [experience] each and every time they visit the salon.
