Maggie
I set out to create more than just a place to get your hair done. I wanted to build an environment rooted in care, quality, and connection. Since opening the salon in 2015, my vision has been to offer exceptional hair services within a space that feels welcoming and personal.
With over 15 years behind the chair, including six years as an educator for Davines North America, my approach to hair is both refined and realistic. I specialize in lived-in, low-maintenance styles that grow out beautifully and allow you to feel your best long after you leave the salon.
I became a stylist to take care of my clients, and I became a salon owner to take care of my team. Creating a supportive, family-like atmosphere for both guests and employees has always been at the center of everything I do. When I’m not in the salon, I’m at home with my husband, Bobby, and our two kids, Carl and Georgia.
We’re a family of animal lovers and share our home with our dog, Russell, and our cat, Pappy.
Joshua
Josh, an Indianapolis native, spent his adolescence on the West Coast before returning home to launch his career in downtown Indianapolis after graduating from the Aveda Fredric’s Institute in 2009. He began his professional journey at a salon recognized among Salon Today’s Top 200, where he built a strong foundation in technical excellence and guest care.
After years of advanced education and hands-on experience, Josh became a Certified National Educator for the Davines brand with Professional Salon Concepts. His dedication to continuous learning has allowed him to train alongside some of the beauty industry’s most respected artists and educators, continually refining his craft and bringing the latest techniques to his guests.
As Creative Director, Josh is passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience. He specializes in precision men’s grooming, classic haircutting techniques, dimensional hair color, and customized scalp and hair treatments. By combining technical expertise with a personalized approach, he ensures every guest leaves looking and feeling their very best.
Outside the salon, Josh enjoys traveling, attending local concerts & events, keeping up with his favorite television series, and vintage collecting. Josh lives on Indianapolis’ South Side with his extraordinary partner, Tim, their beloved chocolate Labrador, Finn, and their pet axolotl, Reptar.
Aleshia
Hi, I’m Aleshia! I’ve been a hairstylist for nearly 16 years, and I truly love helping people feel beautiful, confident, and happy. One of the best parts of my job is building lasting relationships with my clients and getting to be a small part of their lives.
I especially enjoy blowouts and styling, and there’s nothing better than seeing someone leave my chair feeling like the best version of themselves.
Outside of the salon, I’m married to my husband, Alejandro, and we have two little boys who keep us on our toes and make life fun.

Becca
Becca has been behind the chair since 2014 and has been a proud member of the Experience Salon team since 2019. She specializes in lived-in color and hair extensions, creating customized looks that enhance her guests’ natural beauty while fitting seamlessly into their lifestyle.
Known for her attention to detail and genuine approach, Becca loves helping her clients feel confident and beautiful. When she’s not in the salon, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with her dogs, Walter and Daisy.
Building lasting relationships with her guests is one of her favorite parts of being a hairstylist, and she strives to create a welcoming, relaxing experience for everyone who sits in her chair.
Brooke
Brooke has been a hairstylist for several years and loves helping guests feel confident and beautiful. She enjoys creating bouncy blowouts, dimensional color that adds depth and movement, and long-layered, textured haircuts.
When Brooke is not behind the chair, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and three kids, baking something sweet, or enjoying outdoor adventures with her family. Brooke loves creating a relaxing, welcoming experience for everyone who sits in her chair.
Rachel
Rachel graduated from The Aveda Fredric’s Institute in 2012 and quickly found her sweet spot: blending a deep passion for holistic health with her creative artistry. For Rachel, hairstyling isn’t just about the final look; it’s about the entire experience and ensuring every client feels genuinely nurtured and cared for.
While she enjoys all the services she offers, her true specialties lie in crafting brilliant blondes, creating rich dimensional color, and styling both unique and classic styles for special events.
When she isn’t behind the chair, Rachel is usually soaking up the outdoors with her husband and two (soon-to-be three) children. She loves hitting the hiking trails, live music, cooking up new recipes, bringing creative projects to life, and tending to her garden.
She looks forward to spending time with you in her chair soon!
Lauren
Lauren is a south side native who graduated from Aveda Fredrics Institute in 2021. She specializes in dimensional brunettes and lived in color.
When not at work, you can find Lauren spending time with her husband Cody, their son Carter, and two dogs.
Angela
Angela is an Indianapolis native, licensed cosmetologist, and salon manager at [Experience]. With a background in customer service and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, she’s passionate about creating a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest.
When she’s not at the salon, you’ll likely find her with a book in hand, baking sourdough from scratch, or spending time with her husband, Caleb, and their pup, Winston. If you have a favorite book she’s always up for a good recommendation!
Sallie
Sallie has been part of the salon family since the day we opened! I started by working a few evenings each week after teaching first grade, and now you’ll find her at the front desk every other Saturday while spending the rest of her time at home with her kids, Beck, Ronan, and Sunny.
She loves being part of such a relaxing and welcoming environment and truly enjoy visiting with our guests and helping make their time at the salon a little brighter. Whether she is greeting clients, answering questions, or catching up with familiar faces, she is always happy to help.
When shes not at the salon, you’ll usually find her spending time with her family, enjoying live music, or looking for her keys.
