Maggie

As the owner of the salon, she balances leadership with a full client schedule. Maggie loves her Southside community and lives in Greenwood with her husband Bobby, their son Carl, and their pets Pappy and Russell.

Joshua

Joshua, an Indy native, spent his adolescence on the West Coast before returning to Indianapolis to begin his career in 2008 at the Aveda Fredric’s Institute. His passion for total wellness led to early graduation with honors, and he quickly joined a salon recognized in Salon Today magazines top 200. 

After three years of advanced training, Josh became a Certified National Educator with Professional Salon Concepts, helping develop the “Holistic Care for Scalp and Hair” class. Committed to lifelong learning, he has trained with top industry professionals.

As Creative Director, Josh ensures an exceptional guest experience while specializing in men’s hair design, classic shapes, dimensional color, and targeted treatments. He lives on Indy’s South Side with his partner Tim, their two dogs, Finn & Harley, and their pet axolotl, Reptar.

Aleshia

Aleshia graduated from the Paul Mitchell School in 2011 and completed a year-long apprenticeship in downtown Indianapolis. From a young age, she had a passion for hairstyling and always knew she was meant to pursue cosmetology.

She loves the impact a fresh cut, color, or formal style can have on someone’s confidence and enjoys building relationships with her clients. Specializing in bridal and formal styling, she takes pride in helping brides and their bridal parties bring their dream looks to life.

Even after more than a decade in the industry, Aleshia continues to expand her skills, staying up to date with modern coloring and styling techniques. She currently lives on the South Side with her husband, two sons, and their dog Porter.

Becca

Becca was born and raised on the Southside of Indianapolis where she attended the Paul Mitchell School. After graduating in 2013 she completed a 12 month apprentice program at an Indianapolis salon. It was there she discovered her love for formal styling & the balayage highlighting technique.

Becca stakes her reputation on her ability to give her guests a detailed experience from start to finish. For her, consistency is key.

In her free time, Becca loves to attend advanced educational courses, traveling wherever she can, and volunteering at her church. She loves spending time with her family, including her niece Peyton and two dogs Daisy and Walter.

Brooke

Brooke grew up on the south side of Indianapolis and attended the Aveda Institute. After obtaining her license in 2012, Brooke attended a 12 month long apprentice program at a top downtown Indianapolis salon.

Through her decade of experience, taking advanced educational classes along the way, Brooke has refined her craft. She found a love & passion for creating that perfect blowout & dimensional hair color.

In Brooke’s free time, she stays busy with her husband and 3 children and their cat Betty. She enjoys taking them to parks, the zoo , and creating new memories.

Rachel

Rachel has been in the Industry for over a decade and specializes in blonding and dimensional color. She resides on Indianapolis’ South side with husband Jacob and their two children.

Lauren

Lauren, originally from the south side of Indianapolis, discovered her passion for the beauty industry after high school. She attended Indiana State University before realizing her true calling and deciding to pursue cosmetology. She graduated with her Cosmetology license from The Aveda Fredric’s Institute in 2021.

Following graduation, Lauren worked at a salon in the Greenwood area, where she expanded her skills and developed a passion for creating dimensional, lived-in color looks.

When she’s not at [Experience], Lauren stays active by hitting the gym, enjoying quality time with family and friends, or relaxing with her puppy, Diesel.

Angela

Angela is an Indianapolis native and graduated from Center Grove High School. Prior to joining the [Experience] team, she spent seven years in retail customer service. She also holds a cosmetology license and has a passion for sustainable living.

Angela oversees every aspect of guest service in the salon. In her free time, she enjoys spending some time with family, baking, and taking nature walks with husband Caleb & their pup Winston.

Sallie

Sallie is our part-time receptionist and has been with us since 2015. She resides in Greenwood and loves spending time with her husband and their three children and their dog Kenny.
